The property itself is okay, and we booked it knowing there was no restaurant or pool, so that was not a problem for us. The real issues began around 1:00 AM when the power went out. There was no backup power, and the room became extremely hot, making it impossible to sleep. To make things worse, there was no running water starting from the morning. The most frustrating part was the lack of response from management. Even after informing them about these problems, no one replied or provided any solution. I would suggest reconsidering before booking this place. There are many other resorts and accommodations nearby that are cheaper and offer much better service and basic facilities. Update: Received a partial refund, but only with Agoda's assistance.

I stayed at this relatively new hotel for two nights expecting decent standards, but the maintenance and service were shockingly poor.Hygiene & Maintenance Issues: The toilet drain emitted a persistent bad smell throughout my stay.Breakfast: Although breakfast was included/paid for, we were directed to walk 1 km to another hotel. The dining area there was in pathetic condition with clear hygiene lapses, and staff treated paying guests as if it was a charity free-food service.Power Failure: From the second night until checkout, there was no electricity. The inverter provided only temporary backup, after which it was complete darkness. The diesel generator (DG) was non-functional, and despite the issue persisting overnight, the hotel could not arrange even an electrician the next morning.This level of unpreparedness and lack of basic support is unacceptable while the hotel is charging exorbitant amount for the stay.I would not recommend this hotel.

Our experience at this place was very disappointing and definitely not worth the cost. The main problem was the lack of power backup. At about 1:00 AM, the electricity went out, stopping the AC and fan, making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable, causing us to sweat all night and preventing any sleep. There was no staff available to assist; only a young boy was there, but he couldn't help. Despite multiple calls, the manager and owners did not respond. The property also lacks essential amenities like a restaurant, so calling it a "resort" is misleading—it felt more like a simple lodge. The location is inconvenient as well. On top of that, the bathroom ran out of water by 8:00 AM, which delayed our plans and added to our frustration. Overall, this was one of the worst stays we've had. Given the price, the absence of basic facilities, poor upkeep, and total lack of customer service are unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Other guests were also disputing with staff over similar problems, showing this was not an isolated case.

Don't be misled by the attractive rooms and layout; this hotel poses serious safety concerns. Our rooms weren't ready when we arrived, and the nearby pool we were told we could use was dirty and unusable. Worse, the power went out overnight, shutting off the AC and fans, and the on-site manager turned off his phone and left the property, leaving us in the dark with no help. They also showed no compliance, asking for no registration or documentation. Staying at a commercial place with no accountability or reachable staff is very unsafe. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
