Atithi Guest House

I recently stayed at Hotel Atithi, Jaipur for two nights after booking through Agoda at approximately *** per night. What was advertised and what was delivered were two very different experiences.AC Dispute & Misleading Information:Upon check-in, we expected a comfortable room, but were later told by the hotel that we had not booked an AC room — something that was never clearly communicated at the time of booking or upon arrival. Agoda's listing for this hotel does not even mention an AC room as an available option, which makes this claim completely baseless and misleading.WiFi — Listed But Never Provided:Agoda's listing clearly mentions Free WiFi as a benefit for this room. However, the hotel neither provided WiFi access nor informed us of any WiFi password during our entire stay. When a facility is advertised as free and included, failing to provide it is not just poor service — it is a false advertisement. Guests should not have to chase staff for something that is already promised in the booking.No Housekeeping for Two Days:Despite staying for two nights, the room was never cleaned once throughout our entire stay. No fresh towels, no bin clearance — nothing. Basic housekeeping is the minimum expectation from any hotel, regardless of price point.Broken & Missing Facilities:The room was in poor condition. The bathroom tap holder was broken, there was no telephone in the room, and basic amenities were simply absent. For a paying guest, this is completely unacceptable.Unhelpful & Indifferent Staff:The staff behavior was far from welcoming or cooperative. Something as basic as explaining how the room's main electricity switch works was never told to us at check-in. We had to personally call the hotel manager just to find out — this reflects a serious lack of hospitality and guest care.

The staff at Hotel Spoonbill were very helpful in my short, comfortable stay. It is walking distance to the national park. I would recommend it to anybody.

This is my genuine review that whole staff was very cooperative and clean well .It's my 10th time to visit there and the owner tanmay sir was very polite and calm man.Sometimes my preferred room was not available but the good thing is if you arrive early than they will provide you room early as possible if room available.And location is good easy to reach.’’’’
