The hotel was very dirty not even cleaned after the request. They will not offer you any services if you have an online Booking or if you have paid in advance to secure your booking. There were buds of Cigarettes in the room, water leaking from the Geyser, non functioning Shower, dirty buckets and mugs, you will not even bother to touch them. The bed is very uncomfortable, you will get the body pain by morning for sure. Not recommended.

The booking mentions that the breakfast is included but when you reach the property they will say no breakfast is included then the room is totally different from what is shown in the images, they don’t even provide complementary water bottles and toiletries and when ask they will say that this is chargeable also the staffs are not cooperative they are like this is what it is also the AC is centrally controlled by the hotel so the AC in the room is just for show off the hotel staff has full control of AC and they turn it off during mid night also the beds are not at all good they make creep noise when you even sit on them. Also there is no twin room available in this property and this guy is running 3-4 hotels in same building same rooms.

I have paid for 2 days stay for this hotel after looking the reviews on agoda application, but when we reach the hotel, they didn't provide us the committed facilities, Very bad experience, never going to book any room through agoda

forget about provision of electric kettle in the room as per inventory list shown during booking, even hot water was denied despite several request. bed sheet with blood stain was replaced hours after repeated reminders. not even water bottle was provided in the room. intercom not functional. naked electric wire hanging in the room. vary arrogant and non cooperative hotel staff. this property doesnt qualify to be part of hospitality buisness, they dont know abc of hospitality. only concerned about money.

Booking this hotel was the worst mistake of my life. The staff there was pathetic, even more pathetic than their rooms. I can’t exactly explain as I don’t want remember that time I checked in to this hotel. I just moved out of this hotel within 15 mins of checkin.
