Don’t stay here. It is literally in the middle of god knows where. And the roads are so bad and rocky I was praying for my life. It took an hour to get from the main road to the hotel because of how bad it was. The minute we got in we went for dinner and no one knew what they were doing. It was like it wasn’t a restaurant and we had mistaken it for one. ALSO we came during New Year’s Eve and they played blaring loud music that was shaking the room’LITERALLY’UNTIL 2 AM. And we had a flight to catch the next morning at 5 am. But we weren’t able to sleep. There was nobody at the party in the lobby everyone mostly filtered out other than one family that kept it going. The next morning when we came out of the room the place was quite literally TRASHED. The room inside was amazing. But THERE WAS NO WIFI. Traveling internationally, I survivors off of WiFi to use my phone. Meaning that during my stay, I couldn’t use my phone at all.

Definitely not a five star hotel, not even close. Rooms were spacious and typical for a hotel, but my main gripes about this hotel are its accessibility and service. The road to get there is extremely rough as it isn’t fully paved, making for a difficult experience when going to and from Jaipur.The service here, especially when it comes to breakfast/lunch/dinner is lackluster. The waiters/waitresses almost seem too nervous to seat you themselves. When we first went for dinner, they looked at us as we took our seats and, after a few minutes, we had to ask if we were in the right place or not before they finally approached us.Also, the WiFi is terrible. Doesn’t work outside of the lobby, and the manager’s excuse for this was the roads being undeveloped’This bit is nitpicky, especially because it was New Year’s Eve so I can understand the reasoning behind this decision. However, my family had an early flight on New Year’s Day, and the hotel management hosted a huge party (that not many people were at anyways) on New Year’s Eve. They played music that was so loud that the lights inside my room shook with every beat, which made it impossible for any of us to sleep. I inquired when the celebration would be over at 1:00 A.M. and the management said 2:00 A.M., but it still continued on until 2:30 A.M.. Personally, I feel that it would’ve been better to have a room dedicated to this kind of event so that it doesn’t disturb everybody in the hotel. Anyways, when my family got up and left to check out, the place was a mess. There were hookahs and trash laying on benches outside and even our driver complained about the noise level extending into the early morning.All in all, a terrible experience. Looks great and the rooms are nice, but it’s literally in the middle of nowhere and the service is disappointing.

I don’t on what grounds they’re claiming this property as 5 star, it’s just not about infrastructure, their restaurant service is just poor. We tried dinner and breakfast and very disappointed. Either it’s about arrangements of buffet or the chutney size bowls for veg curry or guava as a fruit in breakfast, or taste of every single dish we tried, it’s just not good. Ive experienced way better breakfast in 3 star categories hotel. They certainly need a big time improvement. They do have ample space in rooms and in overall property but customer service is a big area of improvement and require immediate attention
