Family • India • Jul 2026Don’t be misled by the glowing reviews and high ratings on various websites. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was far from what we expected.The problems started at check-in, which was slow and poorly managed. We had booked two rooms, but the rooms we received did not match what was promised during booking. When we requested a room change, the manager asked us to pay an additional 6,000 instead of addressing our concerns.The room conditions were equally disappointing. In one room, the door handle was broken and the door didn’t lock properly, which was a serious safety concern. In the other room, the air conditioning wasn’t working, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep in Jaipur’s hot weather. As if that wasn’t enough, there was constant noise from the floor above that sounded like someone was roller skating, making it difficult to get any rest.The service throughout our stay was slow and unresponsive. Even one of the hotel employees seemed visibly frustrated with how the property was being managed, which reflected the overall lack of organization.This was a terrible experience, especially after the wonderful stay we had at DoubleTree by Hilton Agra. The difference in service and overall quality was striking. We cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
I am sorry to say that the Front Office reception seriously needs to improve its service standards. Calls to the reception either rang endlessly without being answered or the line remained continuously busy, making it extremely difficult to reach the staff.During our stay, we requested an ashtray and a matchbox. While the receptionist rather bluntly informed us that guests were expected to carry their own matchbox, the ashtray that was promised never arrived. We stayed in Room *** & *** for two days, yet the ashtray was never delivered before we checked out.On the positive side, I must sincerely applaud the restaurant team. Their service was prompt, courteous, and truly excellent, making our dining experience very enjoyable.Unfortunately, the poor service at the Front Office overshadowed an otherwise pleasant stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as such experiences can discourage guests from returning after their first visit.
