DYORE House

My stay at Dyore was comfortable yet not flawless, would like to mention a few points which definitely need to be worked on: 1. To begin with the hotel does not have a dedicated parking space cars are parked on the roadside right in front.2. The breakfast was served on table with a limited menu not a buffet , as the property serves buffet only when certain amount of occupancy is there not otherwise. Only on Sunday they serve a buffet.3. The biggest disappointment was the DJ that plays on weekends specially Friday and Saturday till 12.30 am. As there is a bar on the GF that hosts parties and music can be heard on the 2nd floor very clearly not only the bass. The setup is good for people who like to party but if you are traveling with small children or on relaxing trips may not be very suitable. 4. The bathrooms need to be upgraded and properly lit. The pros : The staff was quick to respond and made all efforts to fulfill any requirements immediately , hardly any delays. They were well equipped and courteous. Cleanliness was maintained at all times.Not a plush hotel but a Haveli resembling a homestay. If the above points are worked on , the hotel will be quite popular as it's very conveniently located.

1. Ambience is great.2. No bath tub for standard room 3. No air circulation in room 4. Daily cleaning was not done 5. Restaurant people judge guest all the time as if we don't pay. 6. Two people during evening at the bar counter were laughing for no reason. 7. They told me we will change your room as per mentioned facilities but they didn't.

The bed was so pathetic that you can feel the spring of mattress on your back, bad mattress was very very bad and rooms did not have any windows for air or sunlight, staff was good, property is very old , washroom are again pathetic

This property has 3 categories of rooms and we had booked the top category room called Superior King. However they gave us the lowest category room called Deluxe. We confronted with them, however they kept lying and misbehaving. We even showed them their website photos which they said to ignore their own website!Basically they were cheating, which was caught and now they don’t want to admit and resolve this. The MANAGERS specially the lady manager, they were highly mistreating us and lying on our face. The whole situation spoiled our family’s mood and vacation because of multiple conversations to resolve the matter.Also just to add they play loud techno music late till 3am on Weekends, which is quite disturbing. And we could see lots of complainants from other guest regarding that.

Property is decent, if u are coming with family and wanted to do some party then this place is good cuz they have their cafe & bar inside, so the music is buzzing till 12 at night..food is good but price is little high.. overall 3.6/5
