I was accompanying my family to Nahargarh Haveli, where we stayed for three days. The rooms were big, spacious, clean, and beautiful.The restaurant facilities were excellent. The food and breakfast were delicious and hygienic. Arvind Singh Ji Rajawat at the restaurant was friendly and welcoming, with a very fine and gentle manner.

Fantastic hotel, I’d say the best accommodation I’ve had the pleasure of staying in over the last 2 weeks across northern India. The staff are lovely and warming, the service is great and the rooms are fantastic! The location is slightly more of a journey to the main attractions but it’s also much quieter in the area so has its benefits!

Staff and receptionist are very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet is quite tasty and service at breakfast table is very good. Rooms are also clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this stay for family.

We are regular guests of Nahargarh Haveli, and we have always loved this property for its comfort, cleanliness, and overall hospitality. However, during our recent stay, we were quite disappointed due to the behavior of some staff members.At the time of check-in, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Firstly, he was unable to communicate in Hindi, which made it difficult for us to explain our requirements. Secondly, when we were requesting rooms close to each other or on the same floor, he appeared busy talking and laughing with the housekeeping staff instead of paying attention to us. This behavior made us feel ignored and disrespected.Unfortunately, we also felt that there was no responsible senior person available at that time who genuinely cared about guest satisfaction. A similar lack of attention was noticed in the restaurant as well’no one seemed attentive or concerned about guests.We understand that it was the New Year period and the hotel may have been busy, but basic hospitality and courtesy should always be maintained. We feel that some staff members may have changed recently, as this experience was not what we are used to at Nahargarh Haveli.On a positive note, the rooms were neat and clean as always, and the breakfast was good, which we truly appreciate.We hope our feedback will be taken positively and necessary improvements will be made so that loyal guests like us continue to enjoy staying at your hotel. We sincerely hope our next visit will be a better experience.
