My experience with Atman was excellent. We booked their suite which were on the ground floor next to the reception, so they offered us an upgrade to their Presidential Suite. The room sizes are identical for these two, however the Presidential suite has a very large balcony area for enjoying the view. Location of this hotel is directly on the main road, it has ample parking space and a non-steep approach ramp. The restaurant strictly serves until 10:30 pm so be sure to place your dinner orders well in advance. We ordered some dinner items at 10:05 pm and our order came by 10:25 pm, however we were missing a portion of the bread that we ordered. Despite calling the restaurant immediately to let them know of the problem, it was not sent to us since the time was of course after 10:30 pm. I decided not to make that a matter at checkout since everything else was okay in my stay. Other than this, a perfectly great stay for family with or without small children.
Hotel is a bit away from town so location is scenic, peaceful, away from bustling traffic, well maintained property and most likable point is elegant interior big size rooms with varanda . Swimming pool was good. We stayed for 3days. Staff including reception, housekeeping and restaurant all very warm welcoming and cooperative. We loved our stay here.
My stay at Atman Boutique Hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment.Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the price. The staff's behavior lacked the attentiveness one would expect from a boutique property in this price range. Additionally, the food quality was disappointing, with limited attention to taste.While the property itself has potential and the rooms are a strong point, the service standards and dining experience need significant improvement. At its current pricing, the facilities and overall guest experience do not provide good value for money.
