Cilantro By The Sea

Please don’t ever book your stay with this hotel. We had booked a suite room and had big hopes as the images shown on easemy trip were pretty decent. However to our surprise when we reached the property, we did not find a single person in the hotel. no security guard, no receptionist, no staff, nobody at all. After long wait and involvement of neighbours we were able to connect with the manager who asked us to wait for 10 minutes and even after waiting for an hour he did not show up. We waited almost 2 hours, had heated discussions with EaseMyTrip customer support and finally got our refund for cancellation of this property but even after all this the manager did not even have apology to offer. Shameless guy. Google does not give an option of negative rating otherwise I would rate this property -5. Save yourself some time money and energy and book a better place than this shitty property.

Avoid booking this hotel at all costs. We reserved a suite expecting it to match the decent images on Easemytrip, but upon arrival, the hotel was completely deserted—no security, no receptionist, no staff. After a long wait and help from neighbors, we finally contacted the manager who promised to come in 10 minutes but never appeared even after an hour. We waited nearly two hours, argued with Easemytrip support, and eventually got a refund after canceling. The manager never apologized. If Google allowed negative ratings, I'd give this place -5. Save your time, money, and energy by choosing a better hotel.

No safety no staff .. complete hotel has one 2 staff .. one is the manager and second one lady who is doing cleaning

In complete hotel there are only two staffs.. one manger who called himself as owner and one lady who does the cleaning and breakfast.. no security guard.. no staffs , no food except for breakfast and only idler in breakfast with banana .. no value for money..

Rooms are neat and cleanGood breakfast and food making staff.It's too far to drive from hotel to Beach.But if you're walking, you'll have to go a little further.If you need a ride, use Uber or ola.If you call a car from outside, you will have to pay a high fee.
