Pathetic exerience. The property is very decent but not well maintained. I stayed for 13days since this was the only option nearby my company could provide. The first room they gave had a cracked bathtub which smelled of sewage water. After requesting they changed the room but in the other room the water pressure was very low. They fixed it after 3days of regular complaining. Housekeeping comes everyday but they dont clean properly, lot of algae deposits in the washroom which can cause you to slip. The room in which i was staying had nails poking out(photos attached). They do absolute zero maintenence of the room. The staff is very responsive though still Its not worth 3k per night. Choose another hotel and save yourself the trouble.

We stayed in this hotel for four days it was a good experience, the staff were cordial and always ready to help.Food was also good specially the breakfast. Rooms were clean and spacious. Thank you Starling Keys.

All the persons are well behaved and well mannered.Mr.Suresh personally takes care of the guests.I have received very prompt and warmth behaviour from all.The food is awesome.I had breakfast, very authentic taste and hygienic.I would love to come again for longer duration.

The hotel is good and the rooms are clean. However the staff needs training and the owner or manager needs to understand hospitality.I just wanted ro water instead of bottled mineral water and first the staff said they don’t have bottles to give in room, only as many bottles as there are tables in the restaurant! Finally they gave me which was good. But on day 2 when I asked to refill the bottle the staff took the bottle and told me we can’t give you water. I asked should I remain thirsty and they said I don’t know but we cannot give you water in our bottle it’s the policy you’ve to get from home.For such a brand this is a huge black mark I hope the matter is taken seriously.Also the parking lot is a sad place if you compare the overall hotel.
