Had a wonderful stay at Le Vintuna. The river side location won my heart. Food was amazing...Rooms even more.. our bedroom even had a Jacuzzi !! Staff was very welcoming and helpful.Overall.. Loved it here.

Kalpana, Prachi, Aniket, Anirudh, and Sudhir were absolutely wonderful’always smiling, attentive, and ready to help, no matter the hour. They truly embody the spirit of 24??7 hospitality and consistently went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well cared for. Bachhan at the billing counter handled everything smoothly and efficiently, adding to the seamless dining experience.The culinary delights were exceptional, thanks to the incredibly talented chefs’Anita, Anurag, and Naveen’who crafted delicious, soulful meals and even surprised us with extra complimentary dishes, making every meal feel special and indulgent.A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Swarna Gouri (Reception Manager) and Ms. Komal (Reception Manager) for their warm welcome, flawless coordination, and constant availability. Their professionalism and kindness ensured that every request was handled effortlessly. Special appreciation as well to Ms. Munna (F&B Manager), whose excellent leadership was clearly reflected in the outstanding service and dining experience throughout our stay.What truly sets Club Mahindra Le Vintuna apart is how the staff go out of their way to help tourists, offering support at all times and making guests feel safe, relaxed, and cared for. Everything was top notch except I found a few baby cockroaches in the room and even killed I of the.The same was shown to the housekeeping persom Mr Premjit,and also informed at the reception at checkout.

We stayed at Le Vintuna Club Mahindra resort in March 2025. Eventhough its a small property, it punches way above its weight due to an amazing group of employees who did all that they could to make our stay there most enjoyable. Starting from the reception where every effort was taken to make our check-in as easy as possible to the clean rooms with amazing views to the polite staff who greated us everywhere we went - the entire stay was special and enjoyable. Special call out - the staff at the restaurant (especially the female staff) for the care and love with which they helped us enjoy each meal, the chefs for providing us with the best south Indian breakfast (we are from south India and I can guarantee you that they make better medu vada than many south Indian restaurants) as well as many pan India dishes and Arun Chettri at the travel desk for amazing, thoughtful and quiet economical travel arragments. The only complaint that we had was the state of the approach road to the resort (road was non-existent for most part). Team Le Vintuna - Thank You for making our Sikkim experience wonderful.

I was vocal and critical in expressing my concerns, and for a moment, it felt like I was ’put on the back foot,’ fighting a ’losing battle in a boxing match.’ The pushback was intense, and I felt knocked off balance.The Push back from Le Vintuna -But then came the turnaround’an extraordinary comeback from the management and FnB team. Instead of defensiveness, they responded with empathy, grace, and a wave of thoughtful gestures. Their recovery was not just professional’it was personal. I didn’t have a comeback because they had already won me over with kindness and care.A Birthday Beyond ExpectationThe highlight of our stay was my daughter’s birthday celebration. The team orchestrated a surprise that felt straight out of a movie’8 to 10 staff members arrived at our room with cake, candles, mocktails, and even a guitarist singing ’Happy Birthday.’ It was magical, heartfelt, and far beyond anything I could have planned.Unforgettable People, Unmatched EnergySpecial thanks to Mr. Suresh kumar Sharma(Chief) and Munna Subba(FnB manager) whose leadership and warmth ensured every moment was memorable. Their dedication, along with the astonishing energy of the entire staff’from housekeeping, FnB, reception, Happy Hub, and swimming pool team to the evening performance crew’made our stay not just pleasant, but truly unforgettable.Club Mahindra Le Vintuna isn’t just a resort’it’s an experience powered by people who care deeply about every guest.
