I stayed here for two nights. The room was infested with cockroaches and other bugs, the AC was covered in black fungus, the bathroom ceiling was open, and the water from all taps had solid black particles. The mattress was dirty, and the bed covers smelled bad and were unclean. Worst of all, the ID card taken at check-in was never returned. Even after a month of follow-ups, they still have it and haven't sent it by courier. Despite daily calls and promises that the card would be sent, nothing has happened, and the staff's responses have been rude, with calls often being disconnected when I asked about the ID card delivery.

Limited breakfast options, poor furniture condition, unsafe doors, and inadequate parking.

Lift is not working rooms at too small if u ask for staff they will give worst response doors will not lock properly

A truly awful experience that did not justify the cost at all. The hygiene was completely lacking; the rooms were overrun with cockroaches. The reception staff were completely unhelpful. Despite repeated complaints and warnings, they neither cleaned the room nor addressed the cockroach problem. Attention Ritesh Agarwal - it's time to evaluate the gap between the promised service and the reality. I WILL NOT BOOK OYO AGAIN UNLESS I GET A RESPONSIBLE RESPONSE.
