Completely unreliable and no accountability with bookings. I booked this hotel online once, but when I arrived, no one answered calls or opened the door. We waited outside for 2 hours late at night in heavy rain. It was the worst experience I've ever had. I could hear the phone ringing from outside, but no one responded.
