Do not stay at Dan Regency if you value your privacy and safety. Following our checkout, the hotel staff exploited our private booking information to relentlessly harass my fianc??e through unsolicited phone calls and messages. Using guest registration data to track people down after their stay is a flagrant breach of security, highly unprofessional, and left her feeling completely violated and unsafe. Management clearly does not protect customer data’avoid this place at all costs.’This version makes the personal nature of the harassment very clear, which is often taken even more seriously by booking platforms and corporate management. You can now copy and paste this text directly onto Google, TripAdvisor, or wherever you are submitting the complaint.

Staff behavior is Excellent. Very helping nature.Breakfast with minimum items but good.Parking sufficient.Easy connectivity to all places in the city, especially to Railway Station and Bus Station.Rooms are comparatively smaller for this rate.

My friend and I were traveling around Kerala and decided to stop in Thrissur along the way. We found a room at Daan Regency and were very pleased with the experience. The room was clean, modern with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was fresh and tasty with a good selection. And we were very impressed with the staff who were friendly, attentive, and helpful. Daan Regency provided great value, and I would definitely stay there again.
