Everything good 💯
Staff are so cooperative and kind
Stayed here for a day. The hotel is in a convenient location. They allowed me an early checkin and also upgraded my room. The reception has a good ambience and the staff is welcoming. The room I was in was large enough to accommodate 5 people and could have accommodated 2 extra cots. The bathroom was functional and clean. The restaurant is a cozy place to have a good conversation. As there were no guests around we could afford to sit for a long time there. The food is genuinely tasty and your preferences for taste are catered to well. We had roti and aloo jeera for dinner. The service in the restaurant should pick up pace and we found it a little tardy. Overall a wonderful experience. Whenever we come to Thrissur we are definite going to stay here.

10.0
We stayed at Zip by Spree for a night. Swaroopa at front desk helped us with the initial formalities and welcome drink. She was also kind enough to give us an upgrade. Rooms were super comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. We also had a tasty dinner and they also arranged breakfast at room for us early as we had to attend a wedding. A very comfortable stay, with pleasant staff. Will definitely visit again.
