A very letdown experience. Don't be misled by the Radisson name into thinking you'll get the usual service quality associated with the brand. The employees appeared inadequately trained, and the service was very unsatisfactory. Simple requests were managed poorly, and the staff's general demeanor and promptness were lacking. Given the Radisson name, I anticipated a far greater level of professionalism and hospitality. This was definitely not what I was expecting.
