My friends and I used to frequent this bar often because of its great vibe and nice setting. The owners and most staff members are decent people. However, some employees at the AC Premium Bar act like local bullies and abuse their power. While the bar usually attracts respectable patrons, four staff members behaved very poorly. One was fired for misconduct, but three remain—two young men at the cash register and an overweight bartender. Once these three are gone, the bar's reputation will improve and many former customers will return. Their behavior is really that bad. For instance, if you buy snacks and leave them on your table while stepping out for a smoke, they disappear. When you ask, the staff jokingly claim "a rat took them." Another serious problem is that drinks are watered down before serving, which the manager or owner doesn't know about. On July 2, these staff called one of my friends outside the bar and tried to assault him, an incident caught on CCTV. Because of all this, my group of nine no longer visits. We see no reason to spend our money where we are disrespected and feel unsafe. Each of us used to spend over ₹15,000 monthly there, but now we don't go, and honestly, it doesn't bother us. If the bar hires respectful, professional staff, more customers will come. But keeping rude, unprofessional, irresponsible employees like these will only drive loyal customers away.

Not proper cleaning in washroom, no breakfast as mentioned in the booking.

.We spend only a few hours at the hotel, arrived at 3:00 pm, went out for a function within one hour, returned to hotel at 1:00 AM, slept until 7:00 AM, checked out 10:00 AM. The washroom fittings were all rusted, pipes were leaking. No batteries in the remote controls of the AC , TV and Set Top Box. Checkout was delayed for half an hour saying that they found a stain (they did not say where, in the room or the bed). We objected as we did not bring any food or beverages other than water to the room, and finally they accepted. (May be they wanted to collect some extra cash). We have stayed in many hotels in India and abroad (Europe, Middle East & Far East) and never had a such a bad experience. Overall we are extremely dissatisfied with the hotel service and would not recommend it to anyone.
