Zip By Spree Hotels Mangala Towers Thrissur

Stayed here for a day. The hotel is in a convenient location. They allowed me an early checkin and also upgraded my room. The reception has a good ambience and the staff is welcoming. The room I was in was large enough to accommodate 5 people and could have accommodated 2 extra cots. The bathroom was functional and clean. The restaurant is a cozy place to have a good conversation. As there were no guests around we could afford to sit for a long time there. The food is genuinely tasty and your preferences for taste are catered to well. We had roti and aloo jeera for dinner. The service in the restaurant should pick up pace and we found it a little tardy. Overall a wonderful experience. Whenever we come to Thrissur we are definite going to stay here.

A Five-Star Sanctuary: Exceptional Stay at The ZiP by sree at mangala towersOur recent stay at The Zip by Sree was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of refined luxury and genuine warmth. While the architecture and amenities are world-class, it is the **impeccable service** that truly sets this hotel apart.### The Room & AmbianceThe suite was a masterclass in comfort. Pristinely maintained and thoughtfully designed, it offered a breathtaking view of the city skyline. However, the highlight of our evenings was retreating to the room after a long day of exploring, knowing that any request would be handled with lightning speed and a smile.Standout Service: Krishna & AdharshThe culinary experience within the hotel is excellent, but we found ourselves opting for in-room dining frequently because the service was so seamless.Krishna :was a true professional. He delivered our breakfast each morning with such a positive energy that it genuinely started our day on a high note. He possessed an impressive attention to detail, remembering our specific preferences for extra espresso shots and honey instead of sugar without being asked twice.Adharsh: handled our late-night requests with incredible efficiency and grace. Whether it was a midnight snack or extra linens, Adharsh arrived promptly and ensured everything was set up perfectly. His polite demeanor and "nothing is too much trouble" attitude made us feel like VIP guestsFinal VerdictIt is rare to find a hotel where the staff feels like a cohesive team dedicated to your comfort. **Krishna and Adharsh** are absolute assets to the room service department and elevated our stay from "great" to "unforgettable."Highlights:Cleanliness:10/10Service: Beyond compare’ask for Krishna or Adharsh if you want the best care!We will certainly be returning on our next trip. Highly recommended!
