The rooms are much smaller than they appear in the photos.. the property and facilities feel quite old. Basic amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste and soap were not provided. We received only three towels, and those were also quite old.Overall, I would not recommend Ammu Regency for families. It may be suitable for bachelors or for a short stay if you only need a basic room.

Disappointing Experience ’ Needs Significant ImprovementI recently stayed at Itsy Hotels Ammu Regency for one night with my family of eight, with three rooms booked. While the hotel is situated in a prime location, the overall experience was unfortunately below average and did not meet the expectations created by the brand’s online presentation.The rooms were quite small and offered very minimal facilities. The bathrooms particularly need attention’the bathroom locks in our rooms were not operational, the taps had visible mould, and several of the fittings appeared old and poorly maintained. For a hotel operating under a recognised brand, these are basic maintenance issues that should not be overlooked.Another disappointment was the lack of basic in-room amenities. There was no kettle provided in the rooms, which is something most travellers reasonably expect, especially when staying with family.The housekeeping/cleaning pantry was also kept open and visible, which did not give a particularly clean or professional impression. Most surprisingly, when we were checking out at around 7:00 AM, there was no receptionist available, and we had to wake the receptionist up to complete the checkout process. This was certainly not the level of service I expected.I would strongly suggest that Treebo review the standards and quality-control processes for properties operating under its brand. There appears to be a noticeable gap between what is presented on the website’particularly the photographs and listed amenities’and what guests actually experience upon arrival.As travellers, we rely on the brand representation when making a booking. If the actual property, facilities, cleanliness, maintenance and amenities are significantly different from what is advertised, it can lead to considerable disappointment.The location is definitely an advantage, but the property needs substantial improvement in maintenance, cleanliness, basic amenities, housekeeping standards and guest service to provide an experience that is consistent with the expectations of a branded hotel.
