Feedback Regarding My Stay ’ 19 JulyI stayed at Days Hotel by Wyndham, Jalandhar on 19 July with two of my friends. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to several service and maintenance issues.* The room service was extremely slow. We had to wait nearly one hour just to receive drinking water in our room.* It appeared that only the receptionist was available to handle everything, including reception duties, room service, and housekeeping. While we appreciate his effort, it is clear that the hotel is severely understaffed, which negatively affected the guest experience.* The gym was in poor condition. The air conditioner was not working, several gym machines were non-functional, and even the basic amenities expected in a fitness center were missing.* No basic complimentary amenities such as slippers, a dental kit, or other standard toiletry items were provided in the room.* The bed mattress was damaged and very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.Overall, we were highly dissatisfied with the quality of service and the condition of the facilities. Considering the room tariff, we expected a much better experience. At this price point, we could have booked a far better hotel offering superior service and amenities.I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.Rajesh Sharma

Overall, Days Hotel is a fantastic choice if you are visiting Jalandhar. We had a memorable experience and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!Neat and clean and spacious rooms.

Had a very comfortable stay at Days by Wyndham. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good service throughout the stay. Great experience overall! Put some cushion carpet on floor inside rooms.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While some aspects were decent, there were a few issues that need attention.The food quality was extremely disappointing. We were served what seemed like leftover food from the previous day, as the same dishes were repeated the next day without freshness. This is something the hotel should seriously improve.Another concern was with the restaurant service. When we initially requested missi roti, we were told that the specific chef responsible for it was not available. However, surprisingly, the same item was served just about 10 min later, which created confusion about the consistency and transparency of service.Additionally, the gym facilities need better maintenance. We reported a broken wire in the gym, and although we were assured it would be fixed, even after seven days there was no resolution, with repeated responses that it would ’take more time.’Overall, the hotel has potential, but it needs to focus more on food quality, clear communication, and timely maintenance to improve the guest experience.Maintenance is also extremely poor.
