Dharam Villa

My experience at Dharam Vila Hotel was absolutely unacceptable. 1. Don’t be misled by the “near station” claim — it’s not opposite at all. You’ll be dragging your luggage for at least 15 minutes to get there. 2. The building is in a terrible, run-down condition. 3. Nothing in this hotel is managed properly — complete chaos. 4. The reception never answers calls. 5. In fact, there’s barely any staff. I had to search around just to find someone at the reception. It seems like only one person is managing everything, along with a cleaning lady — yet the place is covered in dust. 6. I booked an AC deluxe room — what I got was a cramped box with no ventilation. We shifted to another room with a tiny window, but the condition was just as bad. When I asked for AC, I was told it’s “not in use.” After insisting, they turned it on manually — no remote, no control. The AC sounded like a cyclone and had zero temperature regulation. 7. The bathroom is ridiculously small. Using the commode is a struggle due to lack of space, and the water supply is minimal. 8. Basic amenities are a joke — one towel for three people, only two pillows. When asked, they simply said they don’t have more. 9. Dirty bedsheets with cigarette burn holes. One filthy blanket for three people — clearly never washed. I am not exaggerating any of this. **Final advice: Avoid this hotel at all costs.** The condition was so bad that we didn’t even dare to order food.

Not Suitable for Family, Cigarette Smell, Can't even stand in Bathroom (smallest size in world), if you adjust and took bath water will enter in Room(Double bed covers entire room), no place to keep luggage

I stay here on shimla tour,TV was not working,a very little room, however owner of the hotel is very good,he allow for late check out, Overall you can stay

Front office dealing are not so satisfactory. Need to hospitality training.

Disappointing stay at Hotel Dharm Villa. Booked a family suite but it’s not suitable for families at all. No ventilation, no wardrobe, dirty washroom. Intercom and TV didn’t work, and there was no kitchen or room service. Rude staff. Photos are misleading. Even after paying 4 days in advance, the room wasn’t ready. Only after repeated requests did someone come to fix things. High charges but zero basic facilities. A poor experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
