Last booking without our concern room was downgrade, payment was collected from me standard room but after I reached hotel they give me economic room. In reception area wating time to long .
Request a full refund for my hotel booking. full AmountI had booked a Standard Room, but when I arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff informed me that they could only provide an Economy Room, which was not the room category I had booked or paid for. I was also made to wait for a long time at the reception.As it was already late at night, I had no practical option to leave the hotel immediately or find another suitable accommodation. The hotel staff also requested me to cancel the booking, despite the fact that the issue was caused by the hotel not providing the room that I had originally booked.The following day, I had no choice but to move to another hotel. This entire situation caused me significant inconvenience, harassment, and disruption to my work schedule.I therefore request you to:Process a full refund of the booking amount.Confirm that the refund will not be treated as a customer-initiated cancellation, since the hotel failed to provide the booked room category.Investigate the hotel's handling of this matter and take appropriate action.I request you to resolve this matter at the earliest and confirm the refund status in writing
Would never recommend this place, there were actually a lot of cockroaches at the place and cleanliness was worst. Not even worth half the price they offer. I never try to give bad reviews, but this time I was forced to do so. Genuinely disappointed.
