Believe me, do not be misled by the Google reviews ’ this was one of the WORST stays I have experienced.When it comes to hygiene, this property completely fails. We stayed in a mountain-facing room, and the washroom had an unbearable stench ’ as if multiple rats had died inside. The most horrifying part? The foul smell was mixed with the water used for showering. It was disgusting and unacceptable. We complained, but the response was the usual ’We’ll look into it’ ’ and absolutely nothing changed. The room continued to stink throughout our stay.The swimming pool was in terrible condition ’ poorly maintained, unclean, and without even basic shower facilities. Okay we can accept not availability of shower facility but when it is wayyyy far than your rooms then isn’t it should be basic sense to have shower facilities nearby.The location is the only decent thing about this place. Yes, the view is nice ’ but it is NOT extraordinary enough to justify the overpriced tariff. You are essentially paying a premium just for the scenery, while compromising on comfort and cleanliness.The food was another major disappointment. Being in South India, how do you manage to ruin something as basic as idli? The overall food quality was extremely average. To make it worse, they enforce a ’no outside food allowed’ policy ’ yet fail to provide decent in-house food. If you’re going to impose such rules, at least ensure the quality meets expectations.As for the staff ’ the restaurant serving staff were polite and helpful. However, the supporting staff were rude and visibly arrogant. Hospitality requires basic courtesy, which was clearly lacking.Overall, this stay was overpriced, unhygienic, poorly maintained, and deeply disappointing. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before booking here

Eterno Camellia Munnar was an overall wonderful stay for us, and we genuinely had a great time. The service was excellent’warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the food was awesome, fresh, and delicious.The location and views are beautiful, and the place has a very calm, serene vibe, making it perfect for a relaxing break in Munnar.The only issue we faced was with the washroom’the toilet seat did not fit properly, and we noticed some bugs in the bathroom. While this didn’t take away from the overall experience, it’s an area that could definitely be improved.Overall, a lovely stay with great hospitality, and with a few fixes, it could be even better. Would still recommend it for the peaceful atmosphere and service.

I had a very calm and relaxing stay at this Resort. It is surrounded by beautiful nature, greenery, and fresh air. It is very quiet and perfect for anyone who wants to escape city life and enjoy peace.The staff are very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. They made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.I noticed some low ratings based only on food quality, but honestly, I don’t think food should be the main reason to judge this place. When you stay here, the real joy is enjoying nature, the views, and the peaceful atmosphere. People should come here to relax and connect with nature.Still, in my opinion, food was perfect and deliciousOverall, it’s a great place for a peaceful and refreshing experience. Highly recommended for nature lovers

The room was clean, neat, and very well maintained.The staff were excellent and took very good care of us throughout our stay.The food was excellent ’ though the buffet had limited items, the taste and quality were outstanding, which mattered more to us.The environment is beautiful and peaceful. In the morning, we could see a stunning valley view from our balcony and wake up to bird sounds, which made the experience truly special.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort.
