I reserved a room in Mussoorie for ₹2,000 per night, but the amenities did not justify the cost. The bathroom flush was broken, the geyser didn't work, and there was often no water in the bathroom. The room was in bad shape and poorly maintained. Additionally, the food quality and flavor were very unsatisfactory. Overall, my experience was quite negative, and I don't think this hotel is worth the price. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to others and recommend looking at other choices before booking here.

We are group of traveller and booked it for smooth experience but the photos didn't match it at all , worst level of hygiene here total smelling beds , full of dirt on floors and bedsheet and smelling bad washroom with lot of hairs

Booking and staying at Hotel Everest Highland was the worst experience I've ever encountered. From arrival, it was obvious the hotel shows no respect to guests. The staff are very rude, unprofessional, and refuse to consider any reasonable requests, no matter how simple or justified. There is no support when problems occur, and the owner is just as unhelpful and unpleasant. The rooms have no view, only a bleak outlook. The dormitory bunk beds are very untidy, and hygiene is lacking in both rooms and dorms. The place is never cleaned, and staff admit they don't maintain dorm beds for solo travelers, claiming dorm beds are only for truck or car drivers, not regular travelers, so they neglect cleaning or upkeep. This is unacceptable and discriminatory. There is no parking available on or near the property, adding to the inconvenience. Overall, I rate this hotel 0/10. Unless you have no other option but to sleep on the street, avoid this hotel. There is nothing good here—no decent staff, no clean rooms, no facilities, and no hygiene. Save yourself the trouble and pick another place in Mussoorie.
