I had a very disappointing experience. I just asked to extend my stay at the same room rate, but the Front Office Manager, Mr. Sanjay Chhaiwan, was rude and even yelled at me in front of other guests and staff. His conduct was totally unprofessional and not acceptable for someone working in hospitality. I hope the management considers this feedback seriously and makes sure guests are treated respectfully.

I am very unhappy with my recent stay at this hotel, mainly due to the conduct of the Front Office Manager, Mr. Sanjay Chhaiwan. I had reserved a Premium Room at ₹3,500 per night and wanted to extend my stay by two days. I politely asked if the same rate could be applied. Instead of a professional reply, Mr. Sanjay said the rate couldn't be extended because it was the weekend, adding, "Weekends are when we earn our money." While I get that prices can change, the way he handled my request was rude and unprofessional. Things got worse when he started yelling at me in front of other guests and staff at the reception. It was humiliating, disrespectful, and unnecessary. He even said, "If you want to take away my job, then go ahead. I can leave my job right now." This kind of behavior is unacceptable from a front office representative. The front office should be the first welcoming point for guests and show top hospitality standards. Sadly, this was the opposite. A simple room extension request turned into a bad confrontation because of the manager's attitude and poor communication. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously, looks into the matter, and makes sure guests are treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. This incident spoiled my stay, and unless things improve a lot, I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on the service I got.
