However, after reaching the hotel and seeing the room, we were very disappointed and decided to book another hotel instead.The room was very small, cramped and not at all spacious enough for a family. The building also felt quite old, and I was not satisfied with the overall cleanliness and maintenance. With a child, we did not feel comfortable staying there.The hotel is very close to the North railway station, and there seemed to be many bachelor. In my opinion, it may be okay for someone who just needs a basic place to sleep for one night and does not expect much space or comfort.But for families, especially those travelling with children, I would not recommend this hotel. We found a much better hotel and chose to stay there instead.Overall, it was not a good experience for us, and I would suggest families consider other options before booking.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room quality and maintenance were extremely poor—the door lock was not functioning properly, raising serious safety concerns, and the room was not cleaned at all.What made it worse was the attitude of the staff and management. They were extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed zero care or empathy toward guests. Their mindset is simply "just come, stay, and leave"—they do not care about basic hospitality or guest satisfaction.I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. Very disappointing and total waste of money!
