We had done 3 day prebooking at NM County , but the experience turned terrible. ACs were not working in the room allocated. Complained several times, yet no response. We had to spend literally 2 days without ac in the hot summer. Staffs are unprofessional, rude and no concern towards customers experience. Horrifying experience
We had booked an executive room, which was small, clean and had a good ambience. It is centrally located with a roof-top restaurant and a swimming pool. The place was being renovated when we had been there. The staff and services were good.
