Stayed one night at Hotel Span International with my family. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well maintained, which I appreciated.However, the overall experience was disappointing. The room floor was dusty—I could feel it on my feet after removing my shoes. There were also mosquitoes and a fly inside the room, though room service did provide an insect killer machine later.The biggest issue was the AC. It was not cooling the room at all, even when set to 20°C, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Despite informing the hotel staff, no effective action was taken.Overall, while the room had some positives, the lack of cleanliness and poor AC performance significantly affected the stay.
