This is not a hotel , they have registered few rooms of hostels. Very dirty and damp on celing and wall.Sometimes the tap is full of rust.Water dont flow, but i must say staff was good. Why location is not a good place until if you have car or bike as atleast within 1 km there is no shop

Unfortunately, the hotel experience was extremely disappointing and, more importantly, made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable throughout the stay.The condition of the room was far below any reasonable standard:- The room did not even have a proper ceiling, and the ceiling fan appeared to be in very poor condition.- The floor was stained and visibly unclean.- Several electrical sockets and switches were broken, raising serious safety concerns.- The washroom did not have proper towel hangers.- The wardrobe was broken and unusable.- Overall, the room lacked basic cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards.I also paid an additional 300 specifically for breakfast. However, instead of the normal breakfast service/buffet that I expected based on the booking, I was given what appeared to be a very cheap outside-packed meal consisting of 4 idlis, which would normally cost only around 30. The quality and taste of the food were also extremely poor.I was travelling with my newly married wife to visit the city. We checked into the hotel late at night, and at that point we did not have a practical alternative to arrange another accommodation. I did not want to create an argument or confrontation with the hotel staff, especially during what was supposed to be a pleasant trip with my wife.Therefore, despite feeling uncomfortable and genuinely concerned about the condition and safety of the room, I silently stayed there for the night.I have video evidence of the room, damaged fixtures, electrical switches/sockets, cleanliness issues, and other conditions and can provide it to Agoda for verification.I request Agoda to:1. Investigate this property and the conditions described above.2. Review whether the property is meeting Agoda's advertised standards.3. Refund the 300 breakfast charge in full.4. Consider an appropriate partial/full refund or compensation for the unacceptable room and overall experience.5. Take appropriate action so that other customers, particularly families and couples, do not face a similar experience.I trusted Agoda while making this booking, and I expect Agoda to take this complaint seriously rather than simply forwarding it to the hotel.Please let me know where I can upload/send the video evidence and booking details.I look forward to a fair resolution.Regards,***

I booked a 2-day stay through MMT, but when I arrived, the hotel had no available rooms and refused to let us check in. I contacted MMT the same day, but no solution was provided. Despite having paid in full, I was not refunded because the hotel owner refused. So, I ended up paying for two full days without staying at the hotel. It was a terrible experience; it's better to choose other hotels that actually value customer service.

The owners were extremely rude, telling us to leave and shouting at us. The bathroom had water clogging, the staff showed no responsibility, and there were insects and bed bugs in the room. Overall, it was a very bad and awful experience with terrible customer service, and the geyser was not functioning.
