मैं अपने पूरे परिवार के साथ ट्रैवल कर रहा था और मैंने 20 दिन पहले 'Agoda' ऐप के जरिए FabHotel Clock View Masoorie में बुकिंग की थी और पूरा पेमेंट भी एडवांस दे दिया था। लेकिन मेरे स्टे से ठीक 24 घंटे पहले इन्होंने मुझे कॉल करके कहा कि आपकी बुकिंग कैंसिल हो गई है।लास्ट मोमेंट पर इन्होंने हमें धनोल्टी के पास (जो न धनोल्टी में है न मसूरी में, मसूरी से 30 किमी आगे एक बेहद सुनसान और हॉरिबल जगह पर है) एक बेहद गंदे, बदबूदार और घटिया होटल में ट्रांसफर कर दिया। मजबूरी में हमें वहां जाना पड़ा।यह पूरी तरह से एक स्कैम (Scam) है। पीक सीजन में जब इन्हें ज्यादा टैरिफ (ज्यादा पैसे) देने वाला कोई कस्टमर मिलता है, तो ये पहले से बुक किए गए कम टैरिफ वाले ग्राहकों की बुकिंग इसी तरह कैंसिल कर देते हैं।फैमिली के साथ पीक टाइम में मसूरी/देहरादून में अचानक दूसरा होटल ढूंढना कितना बड़ा सिरदर्द है, यह सिर्फ एक फैमिली मैन ही समझ सकता है। Agoda ने भले ही बाद में फुल रिफंड का वादा किया, लेकिन जो मानसिक प्रताड़ना और परेशानी मेरी फैमिली ने झेली, उसकी कोई भरपाई नहीं है।
Very bad experience.After booking, they keep calling multiple times for advance payment ’ first ’1000, then ’2000, then ’3000 ’ otherwise they refuse the room. They don’t even provide water bottles.When we complained to Fab Hotels, the owner became polite, but as soon as checkout time came near, he turned rude again because he knew the booking was already completed.If you want to go out and explore after checkout, they charge ’100 per bag to keep your luggage. We had 9 bags and were asked to pay ’900. They claimed to have lockers, but there were none ’ our bags were kept at the counter and were not safe at all.Not recommended.

And i have booked online and done advance payment then also i have to pay there the full amount. Plz don't stay here . If you stay here then you will regret it and also the room shown online while booking is different and worst in reality.
