Pathetic experience with hotel. They don’t know how to deal with costumer’s neither their customer care speak to you and handle situation. They intentionally keep you waiting and then cut your call to avoid situation. Really sad!!!! State if their so called best quality towels and chairs posted for ready reference. Strongly recommended to do away with stay at this hotel (Fab hotel day 2 day). Nothing fabulous!!!!!

Staffs behaviour is excellent. They are providing very good service with respect and regards.Room service are excellent.Recommended for increasing salary of all staffs including manager.Special Remarks - It is better to arrange fooding arrangment within this hotel as earlier it is available.This is my 4th time visit.Thanks.

Main issue is of smaller, conjested and ill equiped wash rooms too much tight. Seat jet not working properly, leaking. Shower sprays water here and there every where but not on body. Totally zero. Will not recommend. Yu canot hang even towel inside.

The room size was decent. But the state of cleanliness and hygiene standards are very poor. Basic utility such as kettle is not provided in the room. The standard of linen ,bedsheets and towels are sub standard and we're probably not replaced. The hotel is located in a bussy junction wit lot of traffic and noise. For sure you will not get proper sleep / rest.
