We booked the deluxe room for two days, upon arrival the staff behaviour was very welcoming unlike other hotels in this area they were very well behaved and active however we were given a very small room in the classic category as they were overbooked which they changed the same day after a six hours to a larger room. Staff is very helpful and understanding and always there when you need help, one thing I would like to mention that their AC and shower-head wasn't working properly Overall a good experience and to be honest the best hotel in this area so far as per the price

Couple • Jun 2026My stay at The Eden Hotel (Unit of S3 Hospitality Services) on Rajdanga Main Road, Kolkata, was one of the worst experiences I've had. The room and the hotel's overall condition were very poor and unacceptable. I couldn't stay there for more than 10 minutes because the environment was so bad. Still, they charged me the full ₹3000, which is completely unfair given the room's quality. It wasn't even worth entering, much less paying that much. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and spending your money elsewhere.
