Floressa Randa Business Hotel

It was very pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast have healthy options with taste. Overall a 4.5 star and Mr.Swaminathan and one more person at the reception was very helpful like guiding and other support as it is a new place to me

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the service was prompt, and the location was very convenient. What really stood out to me, however, was the hospitality. Mr. Swaminathan is nice’warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. He made sure all our needs were taken care of and even offered local tips that made our trip more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

6th July 2025.We had stayed here for a day as my cousin had booked the room for us.We noticed the hotel was quite interior and the cab took us into this maze of roads.We were pleasantly surprised to find the hotel because it seemed we entered a upmarket property.Beauti??ul rooms and it had everything. Very nicely maintained. We had a water kettle so made ourselves tea and hot water to drink in the morning.We did order tea which was good but seemed to take a lot of time.I took a walk to explore the surroundings. Lots of small shops, restaurants and mart nearby.The living room we had, had the AC water leaking which we reported.Had a look into the restaurant which looked cute, designed cutely... but did not experience the food.Other than that, generally good service and a great property to stay and experience Chennai.The room we stayed has a double bedroom, so 4 can easily stay comfortably and cosy to sit in the living room and chat and chill.I would have loved if the windows opened or had access to the balcony as everything was locked and it felt claustrophobic. That is one thing which was not welcoming.

The rooms are decent, though not exceptional. Some areas, like the refrigerator and photo frames, need more attention to cleanliness. The toilets look good, but the water quality is an issue - the tap water smells bad, and the hot water isn't very hot. We'd advise skipping the morning breakfast, as it was unappetizing. However, the location is great, and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Rooms are near and clean. Service is very friendly and staff is supportive. Location is little difficult to navigate but it can be improved by more signage and providing local transportation from hotel.
