I am 1* because I can’t give Zero Star. There are few places for hidden camera in the room, when thd doubt arised, we called the staff but they were not at all responding well and after vigorous followup they checked but no camera has found. But as there was surely a possibility we asked them to close the hole.Good thing is only the location of this place. Everything else is bad - The Staff behaviour, request consideration, food, neatness. Hope they improve on this.

Stayed at CinemaScope on 15 Jan 2026 ’ Room No. 118. This was an absolutely horrible and unacceptable experience.This place should not be operating as a hotel.Serious issues faced in Room No. 118:’The property looks nothing like the photos shown online ’ completely misleading.’Room No. 118 was extremely dusty, poorly ventilated, and had a suffocating, stuffy feel.’Dirty and foul-smelling bedsheets ’ completely unacceptable.’Dirty towels were provided ’ highly unhygienic.’The room was clearly not cleaned before check-in.’Mosquito-infested room, making it impossible to sleep.’Toilet flush not working ’ we were forced to use bucket water.’No hot water; we were asked to move to other rooms just to bathe.’No proper food facility or basic hospitality.We paid ’7,000 for one night (2 rooms) and did not receive even the bare minimum standards of hygiene or comfort.The worst and most disturbing part was the owner’s behaviour.We were two women travelling with three kids, checked in late at night, and instead of resolving issues, the owner was arrogant, rude, and dismissive.When we requested a partial refund for the unacceptable conditions despite full payment, he bluntly said he will not do anything.He then mockingly said, ’Shall I give you the nearest police station number to complain’? while the staff laughed openly.This behaviour was intimidating, disrespectful, and completely unsafe.’’ Unsafe. Unhygienic. Deceptive property with shameless management.Families, women travellers, and anyone who values dignity and cleanliness ’ PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE.

Rooms are good, but not food not even a coffee available. Everything we have to buy outside and take or they go and buy and give it to you with extra cost.
