Do not know how this hotel got ratingsRooms are ok for stayBut only that.. booked for 4 nightsBreakfast menu is sameLive kitchen there are staffs at live kitchen but your order is not delivered and need to be asking again and againbiased service as my live counter orders are always taken to next table and they coolly accepted the food. This happened thrice and I need to ask the lady why u feel that I do not order?only dosa is available in live kitchenFood are cold and when asked the chef he said we will reheat it but never did itCoffee not that of Tamil Nadu taste and was at room temperature..Very poor food and serviceNot expected in 4 star hotel

Had a wonderful experience at Sky Lounge! The ambiance was excellent, the food was delicious, and the overall service was outstanding. A special thanks to Marry and Aritra for their warm hospitality and attentive service throughout our visit. They made us feel truly welcome and ensured everything was perfect. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again!

The hotel was decent overall - comfortable and pleasant, although it did feel a bit dated. The furniture, bathroom fixtures, and fittings could use some updating. The bathroom faucets were heavily corroded, likely due to prolonged exposure to saltwater, which did not feel great at all. They refused to provide cutlery for food ordered from outside so you have to eat out of the boxes you get your food in, which is pretty inconvenient. Additionally, every time you order food from outside, you will have to go down to the security desk to collect it yourself, which is extremely annoying. While the stay was satisfactory, the overall experience did not quite live up to the standards you would expect from a 4-star hotel, so taking 2 stars off for that.The front desk service however was excellent, and Rajesh was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. He was friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to assist us. He truly deserves special recognition for his outstanding service.

Hi,I had the pleasure of staying at Regenta Hotel Chennai SIPCOT for almost a month due to office work, and I can honestly say it started feeling like a second home.The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the food is delicious with good variety. What truly makes this place special is the wonderful staff. A special thanks to Siranjeevi (Manager) for ensuring everything was well taken care of. Ritika at the reception is incredibly helpful and always welcomes guests with a bright smile. Marry, Anisha, and Priya are equally kind, polite, and always ready to help, making every interaction pleasant.One thing I appreciated the most was how safe and comfortable I felt throughout my stay. The staff's warmth and professionalism made a huge difference.A special mention to our driver, Muthusutha, who handled my office pickups and drops. Since I often had late-night travel, he always made sure I reached both the hotel and office safely, which I truly appreciated.Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality and care. I would definitely recommend Regenta Hotel Chennai SIPCOT to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and welcoming stay. Looking forward to staying here again!
