Fantastic stay with excellent service and great hospitality!I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the reception was incredibly welcoming and professional.The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I was also thoroughly impressed by the housekeeping team, who kept everything neat and tidy throughout my stay. The hotel's location is perfect, making it very easy to commute to nearby attractions. Will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Service was exvellent. Staff attended to every concern raised timeously, the care was followups was excellent.Goz to know the likes of Anisha, Siranjeevi, Mahendra, Lavanya, Venkat and many others. I had a lovely stay at the hotel, 95 days!I will definitely come again

I stayed at Regenta OMR near Marina Mall for New Year, and it turned out to be one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I have had in recent years.The booking amount was close to ’10,000, which created a certain expectation for comfort and service. Unfortunately, the experience did not justify the price at all. The package included dinner, but it was suddenly cancelled due to New Year arrangements. This was never informed clearly at the time of booking, which was very disappointing. Breakfast the next morning was below average, with limited options and poor quality.The room itself was not properly prepared. Basic amenities like hair dryer, hand wash, and shower gel were missing. Every time I had to call the reception, it took nearly 20 minutes for someone to bring these items. For a hotel in this price range, this is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.The overall service attitude was also disappointing. The pool maintenance staff, in particular, spoke very rudely and made the experience uncomfortable. On a special occasion like New Year, one expects courtesy and professionalism, but that was completely missing.The stay felt stressful instead of relaxing. For the amount charged, the hotel failed to deliver even basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend this property, especially for important occasions or family stays. The experience simply did not match the price or the promises made.

This hotel is located opposite SIPCOT IT parknext to Navalur toll gate and Marina Mall. Good rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a variety of items . Tea coffee available 24*7
