This is the worst Hotel I have seen they charge 2600+ but the services are worst, staff behaviour is not good also they charge hourly basis after completing your stay means they will not spare you for single hour too.This kind of experience I had it in this hotel please don't visit here there are plenty options nearby.

Room are well and good, I had booked via online and Complementary breakfast not provided need to inform them daily that is mentioned in Bookings not much menu for breakfast only 2 items given either idli and dosa.1) Wifi not working less than 1 mbps even msg not send2) Complementary breakfast not provided need to tell everytime

Room walls were nasty, small rooms.Service was terrible, they'll call you 10 times to ask for payment IMMEDIATELY but when you ask for the complimentary services, they don't respond. I asked 5 times before i gave up.WIFI IS TERRIBLE. HORRIBLE. LESS THAN 1MBPS. They advertise 'hi-speed wifi', complete, utter bullshit. Needed to book tickets and couldn't get it done, so I had to purchase a data package. Wifi was so slow, couldn't even complete the speed test ’’Wifi struggled to send WhatsApp messages. Not worth the price and you can find far better options near by. All rooms were vacant when I was there and I can see why.Do yourself and your family a favour and book a stay elsewhere.Might look nice on the outside, but the actual experience was atrocious. Don't book here...

Worst Experience During My Stay at Hotel KEK GRAND HOTELI had booked my stay through Agoda, where the total amount displayed was ’2,257. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was told the amount showing on their system was ’2,680, and I was forced to pay the higher amount. This inconsistency between the booking platform and the hotel was extremely disappointing.The condition of the room was even worse. The toilet flush was not working, so I requested a room change. Shockingly, the flush in the second room was also not working. This shows very poor maintenance and lack of basic facilities.Overall, this was one of my worst hotel experiences. I hope the management takes responsibility and improves their service quality.
