I have complete billing and email records too, which show that they deceive customers with false promises of better holiday experiences. I strongly recommend staying away from this resort. My trip here ended up costing me both money and peace of mind. • The resort runs a fraudulent operation, often attracting people with supposed events in Chennai hotels. • Their Chennai office seems to have shut down, and they appear to be changing tactics to trap new clients. • Customer service is very poor; staff are polite only until payment is made. • Membership plans, especially the Bronze membership costing ₹40,000, are a total scam. After paying, there is no support, no cancellations, and no refunds. • Terms and conditions are intentionally vague, and complaints go unanswered. • Sales reps like Vijay and Karthick pressure customers into buying memberships. • There are fake positive reviews online, but real reviews from victims reveal the truth. I plan to take legal action against them. Please avoid this resort at all costs—it’s just a waste of money and peace. They only offer basic rooms worth about ₹4,000 per night. For example, the Bronze membership at ₹40,000 gives just 6 nights and 1 day. Even calculating 6 × ₹4,000 = ₹24,000, the promised value is not met. My experience was terrible. Until the last moment, I kept following up for my vacation booking, but they never gave me a booking ID. One staff member, Madhu, kept telling me to come to the resort and that I would get the booking ID there. How can anyone stay in a hotel without a valid booking ID? Instead of wasting ₹40,000 here and losing both money and peace of mind, it’s much better to plan vacations with reputable resorts. Nowadays, many trusted apps offer clear booking options and reliable customer service.

I stayed at Coastal Grand Hotel yesterday and had a generally positive experience. The room was great, and the cleanliness was impressive. Every time I contacted the restaurant, the staff, especially Anitha, were polite and very helpful. The entire staff was friendly and hospitable. The property itself was nice, and the atmosphere was wonderful. In summary, my stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

I went to Coastal Grand Hotel & Resorts on OMR yesterday for our baby shower event. Overall, the experience was great. Arun assisted us well during the entire function, and every staff member was polite, friendly, and supportive. The service was outstanding and much appreciated. I would surely suggest this hotel to others. Fully recommended!

Yesterday, I stayed at Coastal Grand Hotel and Resort OMR. The rooms were very clean and tidy, and the restaurant was also nice. One thing to mention is that the breakfast was excellent, and the service was very good.
