Very disappointing stay – hygiene, maintenance and customer service need serious improvementUnfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing, and I would strongly recommend that future guests carefully inspect the property before accepting the room.❌ Hygiene and room conditionThe biggest concern was cleanliness and hygiene. Both rooms we stayed in had an unpleasant moldy/damp smell, and there were also water-leakage issues. The overall condition of the rooms did not feel properly maintained or hygienic. The rooms were not in the condition I expected considering the amount we paid.❌ Extremely expensive early check-inWe requested an early check-in, and even for approximately two hours of early access, we were asked to pay 1,500. I found this charge excessive for such a short period, especially considering the condition of the room.❌ Checkout charges – please take photos when you check inFuture guests should be particularly careful about the checkout inspection.During checkout, we were asked to pay 1,000 for an item that was claimed to have been broken/damaged during our stay. However, that damage was already present when we checked in. We did not cause the damage. This is why I strongly recommend that every guest take clear photos and videos of the entire room immediately after checking in, including furniture, walls, bathroom fittings, electrical items and anything that appears damaged. Keep those photos until after checkout.Having photographic evidence can help avoid unnecessary disputes about pre-existing damage.❌ Unprofessional behaviourI also had a very unpleasant experience with Adithya, whose behaviour I found to be rude and unprofessional. The way the situation was handled was not what I would expect from a hospitality property.Good customer service is especially important when there are disputes about additional charges, and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with how this was handled.⚠️ About the online reviewsI was also concerned about the property's Google reviews. Based on my personal experience, I would recommend that prospective guests read individual reviews carefully and consider reviews from multiple sources rather than relying only on the overall star rating. My advice to future guestsIf you decide to stay here:• Take photos/videos of the room before using anything.• Photograph any existing damage, leakage, stains or broken items immediately.• Report problems to management as soon as you notice them.• Keep evidence of the room's condition until after checkout.• Ask clearly about early check-in charges before confirming your stay.• Clarify any possible damage/checkout charges in advance.• Don't rely solely on the property's overall Google rating.I am sharing this review because I don't want another customer to be surprised by these issues after arriving. People work hard for their money, and guests deserve a clean room, transparent charges and professional treatment.Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again.
