This review is being posted to formally document a serious service lapse and misrepresentation by the hotel staff.On the day of check-in at 8:00 AM, I informed the reception desk that I would be checking out early the following morning. As my booking included breakfast, the receptionist explicitly stated that breakfast would be provided on the same day instead and instructed me to report to the restaurant between 10:15 AM and 10:30 AM.I arrived at the restaurant at 10:20 AM, strictly within the time communicated. Despite this, the restaurant staff refused service and responded in a discourteous manner, stating that breakfast service closes at 10:30 AM.Upon escalating the matter to the reception desk, the same receptionist Mr. Annamalik categorically denied having provided the above instructions and refused to acknowledge the miscommunication or offer any resolution.This incident demonstrates poor internal coordination, lack of accountability, and unprofessional conduct, resulting in the denial of a prepaid service. Such practices are unacceptable in the hospitality industry and cause inconvenience and loss of trust for guests.This review is intended to record the facts for the awareness of management and future guests.

Solo Traveller • Jan 2026Very bad food and the receptionist were arrgontant and grace period to check out watched very demanding to other customer in total not a good place to be and very pushy to vacate the the room not polite and bad to be here never suggest to be stay in the hotel rather find better place to accommodation...nevertheless dirty receptionist as arrogant even though they charge high standard food is bad with high Charges watermelon they charge 175 which is very bad 1 kg of watermelon cost just 50 don't choose this hotel
