’ **1/5 ’ Very Disappointing Experience**My experience at **Goa Blossom Resort, Goa** was extremely disappointing. The service was very poor and the overall experience was nowhere close to what was expected.The biggest issue was the **lack of proper information before our arrival**. We were not informed that renovation work was going on at the resort. After reaching the property, the actual condition was very different from what we had expected.We were also offered an **upgrade**, but the upgraded property/room was not satisfactory either. The condition of the property was disappointing, and the upgrade did not provide the quality or comfort that we expected.For a holiday booking, guests should be clearly informed in advance about **renovation work, room/property condition and any limitations in services**.Overall, I was very unhappy with the experience and **would not recommend this property in its current condition**. Better communication, proper maintenance and much better service are urgently needed.

Rooms were dirty, no wifi or mobile signal inside the property, breakfast served at a separate location. And what can I say about the services?

This hotel exceeded all expectations. Checking in was quick, the room was immaculate, and the staff provided attentive service during our entire stay. The breakfast was tasty, and its location was perfect for exploring the city. I strongly recommend it.

The hotel was fantastic! The check-in staff were very friendly, the room was immaculate, and the bed was extremely cozy. The location felt secure and was near all the places we wanted to visit. I highly recommend it.
