Gopika Regency

The property's location is convenient with available car parking. The rooms were acceptable, though there were some minor cleanliness and facility issues. However, the staff were unreliable when it came to bookings. Despite booking several rooms in advance and providing all necessary details, they completely messed up the reservations and room assignments. Although we requested a strict 2PM checkout time, check-in was delayed by 30 to 60 minutes. The staff initially gave incorrect information about the rooms and charges, and then again during billing. Additionally, despite our large booking, the staff spoke poorly of us and were sometimes rude. I would not return here.
