Chittoor Kottaram CGH Earth

I had a very disappointing stay at CGH Earth Chittoor Kottaram. Basic hospitality, which is something you expect at the very least anywhere you go,was unfortunately missing from the in house staff at the property.I have stayed at several CGH Earth properties before and chose this place with the same expectations. Sadly, this experience was a complete letdown. The service and overall guest experience did not match the standards I have previously associated with the brand.Because of this stay, I will definitely think twice before booking another CGH Earth property in the future.

An absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish. I was looking for something deeply traditional and private, but without giving up comfort or modern amenities, and Chittoor Kottaram struck that balance perfectly. The property itself is stunning: serene, thoughtfully maintained, and full of character.What truly made the experience special was the team. Milton, Sajitha, Martin, and Balaram were exceptional: attentive without being intrusive, warm, and genuinely invested in making the stay memorable. Every detail felt considered.The food was outstanding, the ambience calm and restorative, and the pool and views were simply gorgeous. The boat ride was a highlight and added to the sense of slowing down and being fully present. This is the kind of place that stays with you well after you leave, and I would return without hesitation.

This was our second visit to the palace, and we loved it just as much as the first time! The place is stunning, the service flawless, and the rich heritage and history make the experience even more special. The food is local, homemade, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

One of the best holiday experience I ever had. It was a brief stay but I got to enjoy the magical space and the serene nature. Service there was exceptional and completely customised to our taste. The peace that you could enjoy being here is beyond words and truly magical.In the world of synthetic feeling hospitality, Chittoor Kottaram clearly stands out with its unique mark, authenticity and warmth. The history and stories add another dimension to the place. Highly recommend!

To say that the Chittoor Palace stay was exceptional would be an understatement! We cannot recommend this place enough. The property is stunning, private, peaceful and FULL of character and heritage. It was the ideal place for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary and unwind. But what made the stay even more special was the service and care offered by Milton & team. They made sure we felt right at home and got a real taste of being royalties :)’.they truly spoiled us with great hospitality, amazing food and so much warmth.We cannot wait to come back!!
