I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Hyatt, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The moment I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the elegant interiors, welcoming atmosphere, and the courteous staff who made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was spotless, and every small detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a relaxing stay.The dining experience was equally impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options available. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone, and the quality of food was excellent. The hotel facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well maintained and added to the overall luxury experience.What stood out the most was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They were always ready to assist with a smile, making us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay.Overall, Grand Hyatt offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. Had an amazing time at the Grand Hyatt earlier this month.First of all, the service at the Hyatt was impeccable. Najrul was our concierge and reached out to us a few days before arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. He even organised a surprise for us in our room, it was so cute! Throughout the entire stay, he consistently checked in on us and made sure our stay was comfortable.The rooms at the Hyatt are really well laid out. If you can, make sure to get a room with the backwater views. It's so worth it!The breakfast is so over the top, I love it! It has everything you'd ever need! The other facilities we used were also great (gym, sauna, steam room, pool).There are 3 restaurants in the hotel - in my opinion Thai Soul is the best followed by Malabar Cafe. I found the Colony to be quite average but although the ambience was nice.Overall a 10/10 stay, would recommend for sure!

The interiors were modern yet warm, and the large windows offered stunning views of the backwaters and the overall ambiance of the hotel felt serene and upscale. The staff throughout the property were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making the experience even more memorable.Breakfast was another highlight of the stay. The spread was extensive, offering a wide variety of local Kerala delicacies as well as international options.Overall, my stay at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty exceeded expectations.

Absolutely outstanding experience. Service is flawless. We were checked on multiple times. Aesthetics especially on the inside are outstanding and very tasteful. Food is out of this world and also very safe, so you don't have to be worried about getting sick if you are a foreigner. Honestly, best Thai food and North Indian food I have ever had. There is plenty to do for young kids and they have babysitting also at an affordable price. The spa amenities are amazing - mix of Ayurveda and international options. They have an indoor pool as well as outdoor pool. They have their own traditional boat I think too so you can do the backwaters thing if you like through them. Very central, you can easily book an uber to any tourist destination. Honestly, after several days traveling India, we spent most of our time enjoying the hotel. Shout out to Prathiga, Nesha, Vidya, Chef Selva, Chef Latha, Frederich, Anand, Debbie in the Playzone, Lucy in the Spa, and so many others!
