Grand View Hotel

Our stay at Hotel Grand View in Dalhousie was truly delightful. The hotel boasts a prime location with stunning views and a serene environment. The premises are well-kept, spotless, and very cozy, making it an ideal spot to relax. What stood out most was the remarkable hospitality. Special thanks to Ms. Radhika (Owner), who made it a point to be present every evening during dinner, engaging with guests and ensuring their comfort and enjoyment. This personal attention is uncommon and shows her sincere dedication to guest satisfaction. We also deeply appreciate Mr. Rana, the Restaurant Manager, whose warm hospitality, professionalism, and excellent guest relations made each meal enjoyable. He consistently served with a smile and made every guest feel appreciated. The food was tasty with a nice variety, and the entire staff provided friendly, polite, and prompt service throughout our visit. The evening events, particularly Tambola, were a welcome addition, bringing guests together, creating a vibrant atmosphere, and adding fun to the holiday. In summary, Hotel Grand View combines a fantastic location, great cuisine, superb service, and heartfelt hospitality. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dalhousie and eagerly anticipate our next visit!

Everything is great—the view, the atmosphere, and the staff's behavior are all very pleasant. The food is tasty and well presented. One suggestion I have is to add one non-vegetarian starter item to the buffet, as currently there are only main course non-veg dishes.

This was the first trip in my life where I didn't feel homesick. The Grand View team made us feel right at home. Thank you for the spotless room and excellent service. I have visited about four times so far. The location is fantastic, the rooms are spotless, and the staff is excellent. They also offer evening recreational activities. I truly enjoyed my stay.
