As it was mentioned on aghoda there was no TV no hot water kitlee in the room. Room server was also very and not at all happy with it. They also charged me for hot water. Which is not at all seen anywhere.

We booked a Deluxe Cottage at Green View Resort through "this platform.com" (https://reference-url-citation.invalid/1), but unfortunately the experience was disappointing.Before arrival, the resort staff asked us to call 1 hour early so they could switch on the AC and cool the room. However, when we reached around 1 PM on 21st May, there was no electricity in the cottage area and the AC was not cooling properly even with generator backup. In the afternoon heat, this was very uncomfortable.The staff member helping us was extremely polite and cooperative throughout the stay. He temporarily shifted us to another cottage until the electricity returned and later arranged another room after repeated complaints about the AC issue. However, we had to wait for several hours before finally getting a comfortable room around 5 PM.The room we were shifted to was better, but basic amenities like water bottles and body wash were missing, and we had to repeatedly call the staff for small things.The most disappointing part was that the staff informed us they had already told this platform not to sell the Deluxe Cottages because of poor maintenance, yet bookings were still being accepted.The swimming pool and water park area were also not properly maintained. The furniture was damaged and dirty, and the pool water contained dirt, leaves, and insects, which made the experience unpleasant.Overall, the staff service was genuinely good, but the property maintenance and facilities did not match the expectations shown online. Due to the inconvenience and discomfort faced during the stay, I believe compensation or a partial refund should be considered.

The staff,location, and ambiance were very good. There were a few minor issues with the restaurant service, but overall the experience was pleasant. It’s couple-friendly and offers good value for a staycation
