We have paid a substantial amount for our stay, including breakfast, and therefore expected a breakfast experience that would justify the tariff. This was, in fact, our first experience of paying a tariff comparable to a 5-star property and receiving a breakfast experience that, in our opinion, was below the standard expected even at a 3-star hotel.The presence of insects in the food and the poor quality of some of the ingredients was particularly concerning and is something that we believe the management should take seriously. Food hygiene should be a non-negotiable aspect of any resort, irrespective of its category or tariff.We are sharing this feedback not merely as a complaint, but with the expectation that the management will take it constructively and look into these issues, particularly food hygiene, breakfast quality and variety, portion sizes, pricing, and overall value for the tariff being charged.The property has an excellent location and some very good staff, and with improvements in these areas, the overall guest experience could be significantly better.We hope you will take this feedback seriously and use it to improve the experience for future guests.
