My experience at this hotel was very disappointing, mainly due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the receptionist, Samarth. We arrived early at 3:30 AM on the 8th, and Samarth was unhelpful and impolite when we asked for basic information. He gave us a different breakfast price initially, so we chose not to eat then. When we returned around 7 AM to inquire about breakfast costs, he remained rude and did not clearly explain the options or prices. It was also frustrating that we were not informed about needing a coupon for Sula Vineyards, which we only found out later. The front desk staff should have provided this essential information. Additionally, we saw the staff member sleeping behind the reception, and when we requested a water bottle, we were told it was "not his duty" to provide it. This is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 4-star. The poor communication and attitude spoiled our stay, leading us to leave at 3:30 AM and find another place to stay. I've stayed at many hotels, but this was one of the worst experiences. A 4-star hotel should offer professional and courteous service, especially at the front desk. I hope management addresses this feedback and improves staff training and conduct, as the problem was not just one incident but a general lack of professionalism that made us leave.

My stay at Aria Resort & Spa was fantastic. The atmosphere was stunning, the meals were tasty, and the service was outstanding. I especially appreciate Akash for his kind and attentive care, which made our visit more pleasant and unforgettable. In general, it's a great spot for a peaceful retreat with loved ones. I would surely return!

- The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
- Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
