Extremely disappointing. Absolutely NOT worth the money. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. The pictures shown while booking and the actual room were two completely different things. We booked a room expecting an outdoor view and a proper queen-size bed. The reality? No outdoor view, and instead of a queen bed, they had simply joined two single/twin beds together. If this is what the hotel considers a queen bed, guests should at least be informed honestly before taking their money. The hygiene and cleanliness were also far below acceptable standards. For the price they charge, the rooms should be much better maintained. When we raised the issue and asked for the room category we had actually booked, instead of addressing the problem or taking responsibility, we were asked to pay extra for an upgrade. So essentially, you pay for something, don't receive what was advertised, and then you're expected to pay more to get what you originally thought you had booked. Brilliant business model! And the biggest disappointment was the General Manager's attitude and lack of basic professional etiquette while dealing with the complaint. A guest raising a genuine concern should be handled with professionalism and courtesy, not an attitude that makes the situation even worse. At this price point, the rooms are nowhere close to being worth the money. Misleading room presentation, poor hygiene, questionable handling of bookings, and extremely disappointing customer service.Would definitely NOT recommend this property, especially at the price they are charging. There are plenty of better options where you can get what you actually paid for.
Location is decent. Rooms are very small. You can enjoy pool and play various sports like football, basketball and cricket. There is indoor gaming zone as well. But management of the resort is not so good. Also while booking please check which side facing balconies you are booking.
"Exceeded our expectations in every single way.
