Had great fun with family, Ambience is good and staff is very polite. Food was excellent. It is a safe place to visit with family and friends.
Our stay at Paramount Riverfront Resort & Spa was quite disappointing and did not meet our expectations, especially considering the amount we paid.The room was very average and poorly maintained. The overall condition of the room felt outdated and lacked the quality and comfort one would expect from a resort in this price range. Cleanliness and upkeep also seemed to be neglected.The property itself has good potential and a nice location, but unfortunately it appears to be poorly maintained. Several areas looked worn out and in need of attention, which affected the overall experience.The biggest letdown was the restaurant management. Service was slow and unorganized, and the dining experience was far from satisfactory. The staff seemed unprepared to handle guests efficiently, resulting in unnecessary delays and frustration.Overall, the stay did not offer value for money. With better maintenance, room upgrades, and improved restaurant management, the resort could provide a much better guest experience. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again.
