Very bad experience the photos doesn't match exactly and balsam villa with jacuzzi has no heater for 5k per night is not worth it, cold water af, no fan in villa👎🏼, far from dinning room I would recommend please don't go It was waste of our money
Very Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the MoneyOur experience at Bliss Resort was extremely disappointing. The management was very poor and there seemed to be a complete lack of proper coordination and guest service.The power went off frequently, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The food was another major disappointment—it felt more like mess/hostel food than food expected at a resort. The jacuzzi had cold water, which completely defeated its purpose.Overall, the service, facilities, food, and management were nowhere close to what we expected. Considering the price, the experience was definitely not worth the money.I would not recommend this resort unless they seriously improve their management and facilities.
