A 5 star property with such issues gave the feeling of a 2 star stay..HYGIENE ISSUES...PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AT BREAKFAST ....COCKROACHES CRAWLING IN EXECUTIVE ROOMS....DIRTY CARPETS....FALSE FIRE ALARMS CREATING PANICThe deluxe room carpets were stained , washrooms doors rubbed off...basin area not good to look at as it had gone all old...the white napkins did not look white anymore...The executive room stay was horrible...The wash basin had a huge leakage and water had overflown all night... I slipped when I walked into it early morning There were COCKROACHES crawling out of the overflown water...There was a FALSE FIRE ALARM in the midst of the afternoon when senior citizens and small children were asleep.. the uninformed fire mock drill caused panic amongst all the guests on the entire floor and people were running helter skelter without any proactive assistance from the management. The food and guest management for breakfast at panorama was not managed well... a sunny side up egg order took 30 mins to arrive due to mismanagement... the whipped cream along with the pancakes NEVER got refilled until we left.... The chicken biryani for dinner at The Palms Ala carte had stale chicken which had turned grey in colour ( which was eventually deducted from my bill post the complaint )
Resort is very good, ambience is fabulous, activities are there in plenty, but two best things are1. Very approachable and helpful staff2. The food quality (at Room service and Buffett both)
